Charles Tomberlain left Lubbock and Texas Tech University in 1958 and headed down I-20 with his young bride, Barbara Hubbard Tomberlain, by his side. When they arrived in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas they flipped a coin to see if they would begin this new chapter of their lives in Tyler or Longview. Away from the agency, Chuck loves spending time at his T3 Ranch and riding his Ranger with his granddaughter, Charlotte, looking for “reindeer”. He is anxiously awaiting the arrival of his grandson, Charles William Coleman Tomberlain II, whom he has affectionately named “Deuce”.
